Cancellation Policy

Portrait & Conceptual Policy: A $50 non-refundable deposit/initial payment is required at the time of booking to hold the date/time for you. This payment does come out of the total package price, and is not returned in the event of cancelation. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to another day so long as you cancel 48 hours or more in advance. If you cancel or reschedule your session within 48 hours, you will forfeit your initial deposit and will need to pay a new one in order to secure a new date for your session. If you no call/no show on the day of the photoshoot, you may be required to pay full price up front in the future and you will only receive a 50% refund on any balance already paid, not including your non-refundable deposit. Wedding & Event Policy: A $300 non-refundable deposit/initial payment is required at the time of booking to hold the date/time for you. This payment does come out of the total package price, and is not returned in the event of cancelation. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to another day so long as you cancel 4 weeks or more in advance. If you cancel or reschedule your session within 4 weeks, you will forfeit your initial deposit and will need to pay a new one in order to secure a new date for your session. Should you cancel your wedding or event within two weeks of the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of any amount paid (after the deposit), and the remainder will be kept as a late cancelation fee. **If you booked a makeup artist and/or hairstylist for your session, they may have their own clause for cancelling and cancelling with short notice and deposits. We work with many different makeup artists, so be sure to ask what the cancellation and rescheduling policy is for your particular artist when booking. ** **Taxes and fees are not included in your refund amount.**
